The Solution:

Selected a new warehouse that required renovation and identified a general contractor to make the necessary changes and oversee the construction process
Developed a facility layout and organized production into three main areas – bulk fragrances, lotions/creams, and flammable products
Created a finished goods section, including a picking and packing location to approach order fulfillment
Constructed a specific schedule for the move and determined when specific equipment and product would need to be relocated to the new facility
