This council of the Greater Lehigh Valley Chamber of Commerce is open to any with specific focus in manufacturing, logistics, and direct support to manufacturing. MidAtlantic Trade Adjustment Assistance Center (MATAAC) has been chartered by the Economic Development Administration of the U.S. Department of Commerce with responsibility for the management of Trade Adjustment Technical Assistance. The Trade Adjustment Assistance for Firms (TAAF) program includes three phases:
1) Certification as trade-injured 2) Customized Recovery Plan 3) Project Implementation

Created by the Department of Community & Economic Development — DCED — and made available through the Workforce and Economic Development Network of Pennsylvania — WEDnetPA — this program provides qualified employers training for new and existing employees.
