espi is growing our Enterprise Excellence team. We are seeking experienced ERP professionals with a minimum of 5 to 7 years of hands-on functional knowledge and experience in a manufacturing environment. Successful candidates will have personal drive, curiosity, and a passion for delivering great customer value.

Role: Senior Consultant



You will partner with the client and lead the efforts from recommendations, implementations, to the optimization of ERP and related information systems to deliver specific business benefits. You will drive all phases of system implementation life-cycle projects including change management. You will analyze business processes and translate them into functional requirements and assist customers in meeting their specific business objectives.   • Analyze customers’ business needs, requirements, workflows, processes, data, and culture
  • Develop technology roadmaps to deliver business solutions
  • Analyze business needs against commercially available ERP solutions
  • Actively participate in core team and steering teams as ERP implementation manager from blueprinting to post-implementation support
  • Become an expert in Infor Cloudsuite Industrial (Syteline) solutions
  • Lead pre-sales efforts including software demonstrations
  • Deliver recommendations for business process improvements
  • Assist customers in preparing master data required for the ERP solution
  • Serve as a subject matter expert to configure and deploy ERP application as per customer needs
  • Drive testing cycles to ensure the solution meets business requirements
  • Develop and deliver training materials
  • Develop and implement change management best practices


  • Customer Service
  • Ensure extraordinary customer service in line with our best practices
  • Act as the front-line support for existing customers
  • Respond to customer calls and provide immediate assistance for urgent requests


Specific Requirements

  • Experience in full life-cycle ERP implementation including requirements gathering, blueprinting, design, testing, rollout, post-implementation, as well as module enhancements, upgrades, support, and troubleshooting
  • Prior ERP experience as a consultant or core team member
  • Minimum 5-7 years of manufacturing business process experience
  • Excellent understanding of accounting in an ERP context
  • Familiarity with ERP architecture and database concepts
  • Excellent knowledge of manufacturing business processes
  • Willingness to travel based on specific project needs

Additional Pluses

  • Experience in Infor Cloudsuite Industrial (Syteline) ERP system
  • Work in other systems implementations such as WMS, APS, Demand Planning, etc.

Required Education

Bachelor or Master Degree in Engineering or Business related field
